Ghost of Christmas Past
"But I will shew thee that which is noted in the scripture

the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a

The
image above is going to offend some people: probably even Michael. But the spirit in which this was posted, or
even created by the original artist is that of recognition of what happened.
Justice,
to this day, has not been served: not for Michael, not for them that Michael
was trying to protect, not for the children; and not for his adversary’s other
victims. Because the conspirators are
still out there.
But
Justice is coming. It is coming.
And the
one’s behind his, and many other deaths, and persecutions are as we speak, in
the process of revealing themselves.
Michael
had a role to play. I believe to the
end, he knew it, and took it on willingly: because he knew God was with him,
regardless of what “they” tried to convince others while pointing their fingers
at the innocent.
The last
thing Michael would have wanted, is attention on himself: Everything he
suffered, he suffered to get the message out before his role transitioned.

years. That is how long this labor has
lasted. And by all biblical accounts,
this labor will profit.
It’s
been a long time, I’m tired as are many of you, but now is not the time to grow
faint. Expose the works of darkness: God knows who the “wheat” and the “tares”
are.
The Ghost of
Christmas Past
December
23, 2025: I had just returned home from
picking up prescriptions at a local grocery store (Local for me means 36 miles
away). I had left my cell phone at home
which I do occasionally, but not on
purpose. When I got back home around
12:30pm that was the first thing I checked.
No messages.
After
putting some small purchases away (milk, bread, butter, you know), I put some
water on for tea and checked TikTok while waiting for the water to boil.
Has
anyone noticed the proliferation of Michael Jackson subject matter on
TikTok? Any social media really, but it has been almost
saturating on TikTok.
The
particular video I ran into after opening the app had this subtitle:

The
Shocking Theory:
Was
Michael Jackson Killed for His
Music
Catalog? Alleged
Motives
& Deals”
Hashtagged
was “#MJConspiracy”, “#Michael Jackson”, #MusicIndustry”, “#pov”, “#tfupodcast”.
The man
on there who was not identified said in the opening of the video (click here to watch):
“I think Michael Jackson was murdered
for the catalog.”
In the
background you can hear someone murmur in affirmation. Then he said:
“And I think, well,
when you’re paying a doctor a hundred thousand dollars a month, you don’t know
what he’s doing? And your talent is
looking the way he is looking and acting the way he’s acting? You know, you don’t think it’s a risk?
Hey look, I know,
Randy Phillips was the president of AEG, I’ve done a lot of business with him
over the years, and he was also Prince’s manager”.
I first
listened to the whole thing, then I went back and listened to it to get the
quotes. I stopped it to get my tea. When he got to the part about Randy Phillips,
I went back to the beginning again and began writing all this down here. Randy Phillips was Prince’s manager?
Not
according to any records I have checked into.
Randy Phillips was not ever Prince’s manager, according to “The
Current” and A.I.:
“Prince's career
was marked by several key managerial figures who played significant roles in
his early development and business affairs. Owen Husney was Prince's
first manager . . . Husney's management ended in 1980 when Prince signed with Bob
Cavallo and Joe Ruffalo. Marylou Badeaux, a Warner Bros.
executive in the Black Music Department, became a trusted day-to-day contact
for Prince during his time with the label . . . Alan Leeds served
as the vice-president of Operations for Paisley Park Records until 1991, also
acting as Prince’s tour manager on several tours and winning a Grammy for liner
notes. After Prince's departure from Warner Bros., he founded NPG Records,
run by Trevor Guy, who became a key figure in managing his independent
label operations.”
Where
this DOES appear that Randy Phillips
managed Prince, is on Randy Phillip’s own Wiki-page:
"After law school,
he worked for NBC where he co-produced Rock Palace.[1] He then signed a
contract with K-Rock where he focused on New Wave artists, Haircut 100 and
Modern English; and later booked Rod Stewart.[1] Soon after, Stewart's manager,
Arnold Stiefel, hired him to join his talent management company and Phillips
quickly signed Billy Squier and Prince becoming a full partner after the first
year.[1][2] Phillips and Paul Gongaware managed Prince until Warner Brothers
executives Mo Ostin, Lenny Waronker, and Michael Ostin parted ways with Prince"

Not that
I don’t believe Phillips is capable of managing Prince, but the time-line
doesn’t work with the timeline of the “RocknRoll Book Club” source at “The
Current”. Neither of those two, Phillips
or Gongaware highlighted in that paragraph, are mentioned on “TheCurrent”.
This
really isn’t that important in the scheme of things today, except for the fact
that one of these sources is a lie. I
don’t like lies. They muddy the waters.
Randy
Phillips did not manage him at the same time that Cavello and Ruffalo managed
him. This is some of the untangling we
had to do around those claiming to manage Michael Jackson, overlapping alleged
times and people, that came out of the pores of opportunism during those early
years of researching his death.
Back to
the TikTok video, this gentleman continued on Phillips:
“When I watched him
on the stand, and he was one of these old school guys, ‘Just get the freaking
artist what they want to get the gig done”, do you know what I’m saying? You
want an 8-ball? Here’s an 8-ball kid, you know what I mean?”
Stopped
the video here. Took a breath. Wanted to throw the phone.
I have
been over, under and through all this since 2009. Prince was not a drug addict. Neither was Michael Jackson. That’s not to say they weren’t GIVEN drugs,
because they were! Michael was quoted as
fearing eating his food, that it might be drugged. His sister Latoya testified on a televised interview
(in another country, because they wouldn’t air it here) that her food WAS
drugged during her 10 year imprisonment with Jack Gordon. It was part of her, what she called, “the
control factor” (mind control). Tears midway through the tape, when she talks about taking the Bible into the shower with her.
And
Randy Phillips? I saw that same court testimony
too. I REPORTED on that trial for six
weeks, watching the testimony and every single witness!
Now those
original articles with dates and time stamps no longer appears because Google
took the whole blog down in 2021 (12 years of work at the time). I have in the last month and a half seen
contradictory information as they are coming out of the woodwork with
re-written history. Not a surprise, but
the old emotions concerning the lies are just as sharp today, which did surprise
me!
Continuing
with the video:
“. . . but to hire a
doctor, a cardiologist who wasn’t even in entertainment, you had to know that
he was a drug dealer. So I mean, you can
play naïve all you want, but the guy was taking propofol to go to sleep. You know what I’m saying? Like, . . .
“
Another
guy appears on camera and says “some strong stuff”. And the video ends there.
Many Called,
Few Chosen
Aside from the Phillips/Prince management confusion,
there were a couple of other tidbits from that short video, like:
My
research did not find a licensed doctor by the name of “Murray” anywhere in
California in 2008 - 2009. I did however, find Murray’s wife was a licensed Pediatrician, but
in Nevada, not California. Murray had
record of applications but no listings, which we suspected way back in 2010,
was because he was “agency”, he was “installed” in this “role” as a “doctor”.
In
addition to that on Murray, the man’s statement on the video that Murray “wasn’t even in
entertainment” so he “had to be a drug dealer”: excuse me? How many doctors were involved in Jackson’s
life who WERE all “entertainment” doctors that pummeled him with drugs? Arnold Klein was one that was exposed during
that same trial. They're KNOWN for this!
Secondly,
why would this guy even mention Randy Phillips, at all, in this short
clip? And why in association with
Prince? Was he trying to suggest that
perhaps Phillips was either responsible or complicit in the “murder” of both?
(Prince’s “drug overdose” was ruled “accidental”.) He doesn’t elaborate in this clip.
This
part: “When
I watched him on the stand, and he was one of these old school guys, ‘Just get
the freaking artist what they want to get the gig done”
This was
in reference to Phillips. And personally
I don’t believe this for one minute.
Paul Gongaware? He was also
working for AEG at the time. What WASN’T
mentioned was that Sony usurped, then took control of the concert production
claiming ownership of the trademarks/copyrights. In order for the “show to go on”, compromises
of who was in charge of what had to be made.
Then
some old Sony cohorts were brought back in: Karen Faye, Michael Bush, and John
Branca, whom Michael NEVER wanted to deal with again. Who was his friend and who wasn’t was a big
topic of discussion throughout 2010 and 2011 on my blog.
In this
vein of research, we found overlapping managers, accountants, FINANCE companies
all claiming to have signed contracts to “refinance” Michael’s assets, catalogs
(there was more than one: Mijack, Sony/ATV and another label).
On
"History.com", it says "In 2008,
however, Jackson gave up his remaining interest in the catalog to Sony, one of
his primary creditors. After his death, Sony took full control of the catalog."

That is
a lie, and Branca, Michael’s estranged lawyer, is the one that sold Michael’s
interest in SONY/ATV after Michael’s death.
We had
searched copyright listings, trademark owners and corporations under
corporations, where they were incorporated, what year, and whether they were
still in license.
Prescient,
Transitional, Fortress, New Horizon, and other claims from Chase-Manhattan,
Darian Dash, Colony Capital etc, etc, etc:
During
the entire period we were researching “This Is It” specifically in reference to
the death of Michael, the phrase “follow the money” was promoted; and that is
what I did.
What I
found was that SONY, in cahoots with John Branca (who was supposed to be
Michael’s lawyer, but was in conflict of interest with Sony), had retained
creative control over the “This Is It” concerts as AEG began slowly turning
over pieces of the control, for licensing’s sake.
AEG is a corporation, yet they seemed more interested in getting Michael's message out than in fighting Sony over control and profits.
Sony had
purchased the rights to the “This Is It” film documentary with editing rights
in August of 2009, not even a full two months after Michael’s passing (Today.com,
Sony
Music.com, Wikipedia/ThisIsIt),
yet certain, what I call “corporate fans” went after AEG like jackals both in
radio, press and internet platforms such as “Twitter”, “Facebook” and “Instagram”.
Some of
these “fans” who were supposed to have “come together in their sorrow”,
organized by unemployed “fan stalkers” (their name for themselves, not mine),
managed to pay for, organize and publish a very expensive website for their
“This Is NOT It” movement on servers that had clientele like NBC News, Werner
Bros and Sony.
They
also managed to get all this organized, published and listed on Google Search TWO
DAYS before Michael was even killed (those of you following the Charlie Kirk
story, this should resonate with you).
I got
skewered by half the fan base who were registered with my blog over who
financed the death of Michael Jackson.
And AEG would have stood to make NO money after selling their rights to
Sony other than the obligatory royalties.
The
consensus with many of us was that AEG turned over the reins to Sony so that
Sony Music could hang themselves.
Michael had been fighting them for years, and those of us that know will
NEVER forget his words and his fight over his label trying to keep him from his
song rights, his publishing and his freedom.
John
Branca also managed, along with John McCain whom I heard recently passed away, to
somehow fake a will (on a day that Michael was nowhere near them when it was
allegedly signed), to install them as executors of Michael’s will. Peter Lopez,
who was Michael’s lawyer some time before Michael’s death allegedly had
copies of the current will, was killed.
The
“Sony/ATV: catalog which Michael had been trying to get back, was finally sold
by John Branca, to SONY a year ago. So
this SOB is NOT Michael’s friend!
Branca
and McClain made $6.9 million in commissions just in 2025. And for the SONY/ATV catalog sold to Sony
which was finalized in 2024, The two made 90 million on that one deal alone. (Source).
Michael and
REAL Israel
Back to
AEG. I had done some background work on
several people between the time of Michael’s 2005 trial over the false
allegations. AEG wasn’t involved during the time of Michael’s trial. I searched many that were affiliated with AEG
and Sony, to include attorneys, CEO’s, umbrella companies and their offshoot
corporations and their heads.
This
took me through all the financing “shell game” I called it, to keep Michael’s
intellectual and physical assets out of Sony & Friend’s hands.
Randy
Phillips was probably smeared the most because he was, as CEO of AEG Live, close
to the production and Michael and the people around him during rehearsals and
the business dealings of it all. Michael
never said anything bad about either AEG or Phillips. People quoted him as saying things after his
death, none of it verifiable. Yet
Michael had publicly aired his grievances about both Sony and Sony’s then CEO,
Motolla; and Branca according to interviews and posts by Michael’s own family
and Michael’s own words from previous years battles.
I looked
into all of them and truth be told, I didn’t like Randy Phillips. I thought he came off as snide, obnoxious, rude,
insensitive to others, and your typical POS CEO who saw “talent” as pieces of
meat.
As we
got closer to the trial, I began to slightly doubt my assessment of Phillip’s
involvement in those who would profit from Michael’s death: I couldn’t put my
finger on why, I just didn’t see Phillips as the person the corporate fans were
making him out to be.
Then
about halfway into the covering the Murray trial (maybe less than halfway in),
I saw Phillip’s testimony.

Phillips was not nervous or indignant. He was not obnoxious, rude or snide. He was quietly respectful of both the questions and the reason they were there. And agree with me or not, but I detected a very carefully veiled empathy and it completely changed my mind about him. And I saw something else in Phillips when he said that he and Michael talked in a hotel room for three hours and both had cried. What was shared to make a man like Phillips cry?
I had
also done research on Anschutz. There
wasn’t a whole lot on him. He was
private almost to the point of being reclusive.
I looked into his companies, his history, his beginning backround, and
for a billionaire he was probably one of the most conservative and low-keyed individuals
in his tax bracket. I did research into Barack
of Colony Capital and some others. None
of these people needed Michael’s catalog or his properties: They were
billionaires in their own right. As a
matter of fact, they LOST wealth pursuing the protection of Michael and his
assets.
Which
brings us to the mention of the “catalog”:
A Very
Valuable Publishing
I
remember even early on in my research on this, the “value” of the catalog
didn’t really make sense, with the caliber of people who were seeking control
of it.
There
were heads of state to local government officials, lawyers, accountants and
business managers of stars who’s own pockets were deep enough. Not to mention that there were so many of
them involved, and the cost of blackmail and legal positioning, lawyers costs
etc, that were confederate in this “conspiracy” as Michael called it, the effort didn't seem profitable.
There is
no way any of them would have made a profit for all they were spending to try
to wrest control of it from Michael. At best, the
people involved would have had to split the proceeds hundreds of ways, and any
one person’s share would have amounted to less that five figures apiece if
that!
There had
to be more to it, and there was. And
this was learned while listening (for probably the fifth or sixth time) to an
interview that Michael Jackson gave to Jesse Jackson during the course of his
2005 trial.

phone interview Part 4 where he talks about the catalog:
"Click Here" (hiccup between browser and publisher)
At 1:10 Michael tells Jesse: “and
there is a BIG FIGHT, going on RIGHT NOW as we speak, about that”. And at 1:18 “I don’t know whether or not, I can’t
comment but there is a lot of conspiracy, I say a LOT of conspiracy going on as
we speak”.
In part 5 he again says "there is conspiracy all around me". You can

A
“catalog” in this context is a publishing of songs, or “book” of intellectual
property. Publishing. (They were after
Michael’s “catalog” or “publishing”).
It
wasn’t until after a couple of years after the Murray trial was over that I
found . . .
"The Lord gave the word: great was the company of
those that published it." - Psalm
68:11.
"And the gospel must first be published among all
nations." - Mark
13:10.
"The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus
Christ: (he is Lord of all:). That
word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and
began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached;" - Acts
10:36-37.
And what
was that "Word" that was published?
"According to the word that I covenanted with you
when ye came out of Egypt, so my spirit remaineth among you: fear ye not."
- Haggai
2:5.
Moses
was given an edict, one among many, but this one is relevant to the instruction
in the verses above, for the remembrance of the “elect”:
"Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep
thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have
prepared. Beware of him, and obey his
voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions:
for my name is in him." - Exodus
23:20-21.
The
"Angel" is in caps. What was
to “go before” the Israelites as they journeyed across the Jordan?
"That the waters which came down from above stood and rose
up upon an heap very far from the city Adam, that is beside Zaretan:
and those that came down toward the sea of the plain, even the salt sea,
failed, and were cut off: and the people passed over right against
Jericho.
And the priests that bare the ark of the covenant
of the Lord stood firm on dry ground in the midst of Jordan, and all
the Israelites passed over on dry ground, until all the people were passed
clean over Jordan." - Joshua
3:16-17.
The “stones
of Israel” were set up after the Ark passed over the Jordan on dry ground in Joshua
4. Joshua was instructed to
take 12 men, one from every tribe, to go and take up a stone out of the Jordan on
their shoulder, and set them up so that it may be a sign, a memorial unto the
children that the Ark cut off the waters
of the Jordan.
Do you
understand where the “Jordan” river is, and why the Israelites had to cross
over dry land? The “Ark” cut off the
waters.
The Archangel
“withholds” the dragon from the body of Moses.
The Archangel
“cuts off” the dragon and his angels from man child when he is caught
up to God and to his THRONE. That same
dragon sends a “flood” after the “woman” who is the daughter of Zion, that
brings forth the man child.
He is
the “stronghold” protecting the pure word.
The “PUBLISHING”.
They
were after “his publishing”.
Keep Planting
Seeds
The
Ghost of Christmas Past: fifteen years ago, for Christmas, I had posted a
Youtube video and I haven’t really posted another since the spring of
2011. The Murray trial had not yet
occurred and I was being besieged with dreams and publishing poems.
I do not
observe the holiday as I used to; because it is not the birthday of Jesus and
it is not sourced in Christian tradition but Pagan traditions. That doesn’t mean that the lights aren’t
pretty, and that we shouldn't pray “peace on earth, good will toward men”. We
should be doing that every day. And
every day I am blessed to run into someone whose day I can try to make better
or shine some light to turn their circumstances around.
We have
some ugly going on in the world, in people’s minds, on the news, online, and
aside from the lies and deceptions, gaslighting and justifying our behavior, we
need to remember who we are.
When God
created man, there were no Jews or Gentiles, there was just LIFE. What cut us off from the LIFE was the LIE. That lie is still laboring to cut off God’s
children from the LIFE.
And what
Jesus is, is the LIFE. Jesus is what we
were supposed to be, before “the ghost of jealousy” decided to seduce us into
taking something that did not belong to us, in the garden.
Ironically,
it was something we already had, that we gave away to the usurper.
The
timing of the current events here and into next year should be recorded. Because sometime in the next few days or
months, there will be some “tables” that are going to be overthrown.
We will
be leaving the “Year of the Snake” and coming into the year of the “Horse”. It is the seventh sign of the Chinese Zodiac. The seventh.
The
Michael Jackson Biopic is supposed to be released in that year, 2026. That may or may not significant, but it’s
been moved back more than once.
Keep
vigilant. And do not weary in planting the seed (Luke
8:11).
